Stop the revolving door
After completing therapy services, many clients are in an excellent place, having found relief, learned new skills, and started the healing process.
Once the supportive environment of therapy is over, however, many clients begin to return to their previous habits, old fears, or experience new twists on challenges that they thought they previously had overcome.
Sometimes returning to therapy can feel like a failure or, worse yet, that the great services they received before may need to be repeated.
Cost also may be a contributing factor, and the idea of paying for weekly or bi-monthly sessions may be more than the budget can handle.
Maintaining gains made in therapy
Fortunately, regardless of where you previously received your therapy, you can enroll in the aftercare coaching program known as “Maintain Your Gains.”
The goal of this program is to provide weekly support and coaching in a non-therapeutic setting, as well as on-demand access to rich resources and educational information any time you need them.
This allows growth, new skills, and awareness to be supported and practiced until they become more ingrained in your life – all at a monthly cost that is generally less than the price of a single session.
Our offer of continued care after therapy
Advanced Behavioral Health offers a unique and innovative approach to aftercare that is not typically found elsewhere in the healthcare industry.
Anyone, including individuals, couples, or families previously seen by a therapist at another facility, is eligible to sign up for our supportive and continuing service which helps you maintain gains made in your previous therapy.
In conjunction and collaboration with any therapist or clinician, this service allows for ongoing weekly access to a coach who provides ongoing coaching services to help make the changes experienced in therapy a more permanent part of who you are.
