If you need further directions, please feel free to call (509) 245-2800.

Is your office wheelchair accessible?
Our suite is located on the ground floor; the lobby, offices, and restrooms are fully wheelchair accessible.
What are your office hours?

Our standard hours of operation are 8 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday. Additional evening or weekend hours may be available depending on the situation.

What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the number of clients attempting to find an open session at any given time, all scheduled appointments require at least a 24-hour notification of cancellation.

This allows those needing an appointment time to be scheduled. A $70 late cancellation fee is assessed for appointments cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice.

What is age range of clients with whom you work?
At this time, Advanced Behavioral Health works with youth age 13 or older, young adults, adults, and older adults aged 65 and older.
Do you offer online sessions?

Yes, Advanced Behavioral Health embraces and utilizes the latest technology. Advances in telemedicine have provided great opportunity to work through online sessions using fully encrypted, HIPAA-compliant medical software.

If you are interested in online (teletherapy) services, please tell your therapist; and you will be given instructions.

How do I know you are the right therapist for me?

Because therapy services operate at a personal level, it is often difficult to know if there is a good fit until you meet with your therapist and have a chance to talk for a few minutes to get to know them.

For this purpose, Advanced Behavioral Health provides a free, initial, in-person 20- to 30-minute consult to identify whether your therapist is the right fit for you before you engage in ongoing care.

Our goal is to make sure you feel safe and able to begin/utilize the therapeutic process comfortably. If you feel your therapist is not the best fit for you, please contact the front office and we will help you connect with one of our other therapists to work with you (based on availability at the time).

What is your background?
With more than 25 years in the behavioral healthcare field, including private practice, community mental health centers, and in the regional and national healthcare arenas, my experience has provided the rare opportunity to see what works across the country as well within our local communities.

My education in psychology and marriage and family therapy also has provided a strong focus on evaluating the systems in which we live and operate, such as families, friends, professional work environments, teachers, colleagues, online acquaintances, etc.

I also value many belief systems and offer therapy friendly to Christian, non-Christian, and non-faith-based beliefs alike.
