We will verify your benefits with your insurance as a courtesy. Disclaimer: a quote of benefits is not a guarantee of payment. Plan provisions can change between the time benefits are confirmed and claims are processed. Also, at times the insurance databases or call center representatives do not have plan accurate information loaded in their systems. This doesn’t happen very often, but it can definitely impact accurate confirmations. Ultimately it is up to the client to know their benefits before seeking services.
Medicaid is not accepted at this time.
We can also provide a superbill for you if we are out-of-network with your insurance and you would like to self-submit.
