Our Team

Joseph Judd, MS, LMFT

I have been in the behavioral healthcare field for more than 20 years and am passionate about helping others. My experience has been gained in a range of settings, including community mental health centers, hospital and university care centers, the national healthcare arena, and private practice settings working with individuals, couples, and families.

My Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology is from Brigham Young University. From there I acquired a Master’s of Science in Marital and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University in Southern California.

I also have earned additional certificates in family life education and integrated care management. I am a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Mental Health Professional in the state of Washington.

When I’m not working in the community, I’m likely to be found listening to good music, enjoying good food, or being somewhere out in nature hiking, camping, kayaking, or skiing with my family and friends.

Julie Lilienkamp, MEd, LMHCA

“As a clinician,  I love working with teens, adults and those who have lived experience (older adults). I find working with those living with mental health challenges such as depression and anxiety or abuse and trauma to be an opportunity to partner with those who are experts in their own lives. This means I believe those I work with know what goals make sense for them and we are partnering to accomplish those outcomes together exploring their strengths and using logical evidence-based practices.
I have a unique background in athletics and mountaineering and have scaled some of the tallest mountains in the world (including Mt Everest). This has allowed me to approach clients from a positive place encouraging them to find perspective and meaning, and define their purpose. This means setting and reaching goals in empowering and sustainable ways.
Our experiences in life lead us in many different directions, often ones we never saw coming. It is my belief that even the most challenging times are opportunities for growth and resilience, but we have to navigate through the hard parts first. While I provide structure for our work together, my clients are in the drivers seat and we go at their pace.”
